Dr. Vaughn and his staff are truly a breath of fresh air. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with genuine smiles and kindness. Dr. Vaughn and his staff take the time to listen to you, answer questions and concerns, explain options and provide recommendations. Procedures as well as costs associated with procedures are explained up front and there are never any surprises! Personally, I've never had a better expierance with any other dentist in the past 30+ years. I had major reconstructive work done (which took about 2 1/2 hours in the chair)and I didn't feel a thing!!! Not only that, but the office was kind enough to call and check on me the following day to ensure there were no problems. I appreciate their knowledge, skills and abilities and most off all their excellent customer service!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Vaughn and his team without a moments hesitation.
